New Zealand
All orders will be despatched by courier, a charge of $7.00 will be applied for freight within New Zealand. Delivery of the goods can generally be expected within 5 days after processing. Goughs reserve the right to adjust the delivery charges for large orders. In this instance we will advise the customer by email of the new freight charge and seek acceptance before despatch.



International
Overseas deliveries will be sent either by International Post or Express Courier as nominated by the purchaser.
Delivery times will vary depending upon the destination country. However it is anticipated that delivery to most countries will take up to 7 days by express courier and up to 10 days by international post.
The automatic freight charge is based on a maximum weight of one kilo per order but can include up to two items.
For orders that exceed these limits Goughs reserve the right to vary the freight charge. Details of these amounts will be emailed to the customer for approval before despatch.
Any charges relating to import duty or tax at the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.



Returns
For any returns of products, our policy is:

Returns will be accepted for full credit up to 3 weeks from the date of delivery.
Returns between three to four weeks from date of delivery will be credited at 80% of the invoice value.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.
Returns must be returned undamaged and in original packaging.
A copy of the original invoice or packaging sheet must be attached with any returns.

If for any reason you are unsatisifed with your order, please return them as per our returns policy quoted.

We will be happy to replace or refund your money provided the returned item is in its original condition and received by us within the 30-day period.
